Roatan - February 1-8 2020

We’re headed to Roatan for our annual “Escape from Winter” dive trip this February.

Located off the coast of Honduras on the Meso-American barrier reef, Roatan is one of the three bay islands of Honduras renowned for their world class scuba diving. Situated between Utila to its west and Guanaja to its east, Roatan is the largest of the three and has over 50 named dive sites. With shallow and deeper reefs, canyons and swim-throughs, a pair of wrecks and a wide variety of sealife, Roatan is one of the top dive destinations in the western hemisphere.

We’ll be staying in the ocean-view bungalows at Seagrape Plantation, a small, top rated, family-run dive resort with ocean and sunset views. There is a full service dive shop on-site, a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch daily, and a pool for relaxing when we’re not underwater. Located on a quiet point outside the hustle and bustle of the West Bay tourist hotels (and thus away from the big hotels and cruise ship passengers), you get the feel of a quiet, secluded resort but are just a 5-10 minute walk from the West End village shops and restaurants.

Included in this incredibly priced trip:

7 Nights Accommodation Ocean view bungalow
15 dives, including 1 night dive
2 daily meals (Breakfast & Lunch) drinks included tea, coffee, water, juice
Airport pickup and drop off

Roatan is served from the Baltimore/Washington area by American, United and Delta with daily one-stop service.

With winter just ended and warm weather around the corner, it may be tempting to put off joining this trip, but with just 7 rooms and a max of 14 divers, this trip will sell out quickly at these prices. Caradonna Adventures is our travel partner for this trip. Hold your space with 50% down with the final payment due by October 15th, payable to Undersea Outfitters or directly to Caradona - ask for details.

Note: While dinner is not included, who wants standard AI buffet food anyway. We’re just a few minutes walking distance from great dining at reasonable prices.
